Every year around November and then again around March, I get a terrible cold that ends with a throat virus. It usually puts me down for days. As an RN I'm reluctant to believe claims that seem "too good too be true". However I was at the store and saw Zicam. I bought the Rapidmelt tablets. My husband had a horrible cold "cough, chest congestion, sore throat and fatigue" and I was starting to come down with the same symptoms. Normally, we would have just toughed it out, but we were planning my mother's funeral and I was desperate to try anything to get through the next few days without being sick. As a Floor Nurse, I have recommended and educated several patients, coworkers, and Doctors on ZICAM. Between October and April, I have a ZICAM Oral Mist in my car, lunch bag, and house. Recently after five days of taking care of a sick child, I woke up one morning; feeling like a train ran over me. So I got up and rummaged through my medicine cabinet and found a new, unopened bottle of Zicam Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu Liquid - Nighttime. I poured myself a capful and drank it down.
