I started using Zicam rapid melts a couple of years ago, and have also tried other Zicam products. The rapid melts make quick work of colds. I started to feel like I was coming down with a cold last Friday, immediately purchased some Zicam & started taking it. It's now Monday and I'm back at work, feeling much, much better. I often suffer from a relentless night cough for days when I catch a cold. Needless to say I don't sleep very well because the cough keeps me up as well as my husband. As a Floor Nurse, I have recommended and educated several patients, coworkers, and Doctors on ZICAM. Between October and April, I have a ZICAM Oral Mist in my car, lunch bag, and house.
