As an RN I'm reluctant to believe claims that seem "too good too be true". However I was at the store and saw Zicam. I bought the Rapidmelt tablets. My husband had a horrible cold "cough, chest congestion, sore throat and fatigue" and I was starting to come down with the same symptoms. Normally, we would have just toughed it out, but we were planning my mother's funeral and I was desperate to try anything to get through the next few days without being sick. I started taking it and my symptoms were pretty mild. I noticed improvement within the hour of the severity of symptoms. I took it for 3 days.
